What Is The Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding?

Hello. I have had vaginal bleeding for almost four weeks now. But before discussing that, let me provide my history. I have been always irregular with my period and it's usually heavy too, 7 days and heaviest on the 4-6 days. It's also usual for me to have cramps before and during my period. This year I have noticed an increase in my vaginal discharge and turned a little bit towards color yellow too, sometimes close to yellowgreen and it's a little thick. As I did not feel any pain, soreness, itching, bleeding or smell during that time, I was not concerned. I thought it was just ok. My boyfriend and I got together in the summer time and we had intercourse. I had 2 UTI, one in July and the other in October, both may be linked to the sexual intercourse? I got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia on my last urine test in October and it came out negative. During the course in the summer till October, my vaginal discharge of yellow became yellow green and when I went to the doctor to have my urine test result discussed for my second UTI, I brought this issue up to her. She prescribed Apo-Fluconazole 150mg as it may be a yeast infection. A week after, I was still having discharge and she did a pap smear. She said it may be best if she prescribed me antibiotics for STD while we wait for the pap smear results because it may be STD. So I received Azithromycin 1gm and Suprax 800mg which I took together on November 28. The vaginal discharge had decreased since after 4 days of taking it. My last sexual activity was on October 13. I had my last period on November 9-16. It was my usual 7 day period. However, a week after, on November 21st, I had a bloody vaginal discharge. It was brown in color and mixed with mucus consistency, no odor, small amount. Up to this date, I'm still having vaginal bleeding. Since November 21st, my vaginal bleeding had varied. Some days it's just a small brown discharge while on some days it becomes maroon watery and to the point that I have to wear pads. I experience some pelvic pain on a few days as well. Maybe a 3 or 4 on scale of 10. I'm really really concerned. Two days ago and yesterday, I had to wear pads because it was heavier than just a discharge and it's maroon and watery. I thought I was having my period but not. I went to the doctor last week and we did a vaginal swab. I'm waiting for their call for the results now, but the wait is killing me and I really want to know what's wrong with me. I've been doing research and reading about vaginal discharges and bleeding but most of the information are confusing. Please help. Thank you.
