Probably some factors affect developing arm at 4 to 6 weeks of pregnancy.It can observe at patients with Poland's syndrome(characterized by underdevelopment or absence of the chest muscle (pectoralis) on one side. Symbrachydactyly can be treated with surgery.You should discuss her treatment with orthopedist. Some children can be treated till 2 years. Distraction augmentation manoplasty is helpful in this case.Your child will need to attend the hospital every one to two weeks during distraction
