I have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression and ptsd. I have more frequent panic attacks because I have no insurance since my divorce and cannot afford to see my psychiatrist. I am having years of trouble sleeping and us Ambien 10 mg and the bars of Xanax. Now with out insurance my doctor will not see me. I am out of the medications mentioned above.
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I am terribly sorry to understand your hapless condition. But, as you are suffering from these problems for years and therefore it shall always be better to continue with the medicines. You should find a solution there by you can continue the medicines at least for the time being.
Cognitive behavior therapy is found to be effective for many cases of anxiety disorder and PTSD. You shall consult a clinical psychologist for further information. But again, without medication this option may not he helpful.
If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.
