Hello, This is normal routine in the course of the treatment of type 2 diabetes where oral anti diabetics tend to loose their efficacy after using them for few years. This happens because of dwindling of mass of active beta cells in the pancreas. These beta cells are responsible for the production of insulin. You need a revision of your prescription of antidiabetic drugs. You must consult your doctor for fresh prescription of the medicines. Keep observing dietary control and do regular aerobic exercises. Thanks
