What Is The Treatment Of Naval Pain ?

Hi I am having intense pain below naval. it occurs any time before or after eating. there is no pattern.
but usually i have to rush to empty my bowels. sometimes i have pale stool. what could be the reason.? I am on salagen. lyrica and synthroid medications.
