Hi,

PCOS is an ill understood problem. The net result of which is Infertility, facial hair and obesity with diabetes. Thus, the management will depend upon what you want. Yes, u can get well spontaneously once you get pregnant. In the interim, plan your aerobics to loose weight and Metformin to reduce the insulin resistance and set the endocrine clock in order. Get the baseline hormonal values of FSH, LH, Androstenedione, GnRh and then plan appropriate intervention. Exercise, Metformin (under supervision), and cosmetic intervention will help you to initiate the treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
