What Is The Treatment Procedure For ADHD In A 5 Year Old?

hi,
i have a niece who is 5 yrs old is being diaognesed with ADHD.
he is on medicines since the last 1 year but there is no improvement. unfortunately he has'nt spoken any meaningful word till now(he does not even call his mother 'maa'), his vocal and hearing is alright (all the test to prove this has been done). the doctors at manipal(he is a child psychiatrist) says its ADHD.
please can anyone suggest us a proper specialist in adhd, resisdent of banglore or hyderabad

How is his non verbal communication? It might be wise to rule out autism in him along with ADHD. Is he undergoing any therapy sessions for the same? She may benefit with sessions with an occupational therapist.
