I am in the process of trying to get my disability. Due to many back issues I am unable to function in a normal job. I have been being treated by a chiropractor for these issues for several years. I applied for my disability through Binder and Binder back in Feb 2013. I lost my job that December 2012 due to absences with my back. My chiropractor Dr. Mary Watkins here in Gainesville Ga has cooperated with everything. My regular medical dr. will not work with disability. They did send my medical records but she will not fill out the questionnaire. Just wondering if there is anything you can advise me to do to help my case.
