What Is The Treatment Required According To The Following CT Scan Report?

I have did CT in the hospital and the results show that: Homogeneous soft tissue density opacification of bilateral maxillary antra noted. left antrum shows inspissated section with trapped air loculi. patchy opacification of both ethmoidal air cells. bilateral osteomeatal complex are obliterated. grossly deviated nasal septum to the right. right sided concha lamella noted right inferior turbinate mucosa is hypertrophied with obliteration of nasal cavity. cribriform plate-type 2 bilaterally optic canal:type 1 in both sides haller/onodi cells: nil mastoid air cells are normally aerated please I cant understand these can you explain what is this and what treatments for that?
