Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports you have three uterine fibroid in posterior wall of body of uterus measuring 2.4,1.9 & 1.7 cm.Fibroid is also seen in fundus of uterus measuring 1.2 cm.
Due to this Uterus is also enlarged in size.

Its treatment depends upon age, symptoms and family is completed or not.
Treatment options are both medical and surgery.
Small fibroids with few symptoms may be treated conservatively.
Large fibroids with severe symptoms may need hysterectomy. If family is not completed then myomectomy can also be done.
Treatment options can be discussed with doctor and patients priority.
Get well soon.

Take Care
