hi i am 31year old i not have kid i conceved 4year befor but after 12 weaks i have abdominal pain i test ultra saound and fetous not have heart beet and i go gynecologist and aboret the fetous last 4 year suffuring but i cant able to conceved i take 2 time hs vhs and 4 time iui but not susces my husband seeman report is normal and my uetrous and ovary size is normal and lmp is18,andday of 11 in ultra sound report that right ovary 21*15mm folical endometrium thickness 11mm [triple layred] and day of16, report right ovary a cyst 38*40mm with internal cyst endo thickness is hypoecoic 10mm
