What Is The Treatment To Prepone My Periods?

Hello, I want to prepone my peroids..I want to go tour to goa in January fist week n my previous period date is 26oct.my previous date chart is Aug22 Sep 24 Oct 26 So how should i prepone my periods before 3 January... & any side effects is there for preponing it..

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Advancing periods is not possible by means of medication.
It can be however, it can be postponed by medications without much side effects.
You can take medication containing 'Norethisterone' twice daily 2 or 3 days before expected date of your periods. Continue for about 5 to 7 days and stop. You will get withdrawal bleeding by 3 to 7 days after stopping the medication.
