What Is The Twinge Like Feeling Am I Having Below My Rib Cage On The Right Side?

I am experiencing twinge like feelings on my right side below my rib cage. It comes and goes. More noticeable when sitting than standing. I will admit to heavy drinking for years. I'm getting scared that it may be my liver. This started 3 days ago.

There can be multiple reasons for this type of pain
It might be due to gall bladder stones or acidity or renal pain so I would suggest you to go to your physician for check up
