What Is The Twitch Below My Brow Bone Above My Eyelid?

Hi , I have had a twitch below the brow bone above my left eyelid for nearly 4 years . It is consistent and never stops. I also feel pressure in this area occasionally when I bend over and the left eyelid has slightly drooped over the last few months

Twitching left eye is world wide phenomena. It is a neuro muscular phenomena. It is not possible to stop it.
