Hi,Murli,thanks for query.This is a local anasthetic get,once applied it can prevent pain from the particular area.This can mask the nerve endings in that area so that there is no sensation,People sometimes apply this to penis to avoid having pre mature ejaculation and prolong sexual act.This can make you feel numb in the area and might lead some local allergic reaction in few.Normally it is used in variety of disease conditions.Please be careful.
