Though L-folinine is a nutritional supplement and besides other actions, it can reduce the risk of pregnancy complications due to hyperhomocysteinemia. Similarly Lupin Faa-20 is also a combination of iron, folic acid, vitamin B12 and zinc. Definitely, these both supplements can help in reducing some pregnancy related complications and helping the body in preparing for healthy pregnancy, but still, both these medicines do not act specifically against any infection.
