What Is The Use Of The Following Medicines? How Will It Help My Daughter?

Hi Colimex, Sporides, Kofarest-ped, Mucolite. Wikoryn & Althrocin... are suggested by Doctor, when I took my daughter to hospital for some illness with her.. so please can you help me... out Y these are used for and how it would help my daughter to come over her suffering..

Hello
Colimex is an antispasmodic ( for pain relief in abdomen and also for flatulence in children).
Sporidex and althrocin are antibiotics and used in infection .
Kofarest wikoryl I wikoryn ) & mucolite uses in chest allergy and for cough and rhinitis , wheezing ( as for in children when suffers from some allergy and mucus formation is there.
In my opinion treating doctor prescribed good drugs for your daughter ( as she may have some sort of chest infection with allergy).
