How is the vitamin and mineral profile of Milk? I know it s a good source of B12, Vitamin A and D, but how is it for the rest of the USRDA of vitamins and minerals? It seems to me that the bioavailability of naturally acquired vitamins and minerals is better than getting them from supplements. My doctor told me that one a day vitamins make your liver lazy, so I m trying to find the most nutrient dense foods that I can. I also eat about 6 servings of vegetables each day.
