I have pcos and ttc am taking metfomin my dc gave me a 7day suply of provera to nring omy perioda day aftwr finishing the provrea notixe a white thick milk looking discarge for 2day an period atarted next day could I have been ovelating when I seen that discarge

Hello,

Any birth control pills or injection can cause an imbalance of estrogen and progesterone or progesterone only contraceptives like Depo Provera, Morena IUD, or Nexplanon IUD can cause this problem. Hence, a probiotic can help combat this effect. To avoid this, we should wear loose clothes, change underclothes frequently, eat probiotics with antibiotics, stay hydrated, and have a healthy diet. Vaginal probiotics will help.
