Hi Anne, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You are suffering from Anxiety secondary to Asthma. You should be getting yourself examined by a Physician and let him know your Asthmatic status, so that he can examine you thoroughly and Prescribe medications to keep your symptoms under good control. You may want to take your medications as directed by your Doctor and go for regular follow up as the treatment requires constant adjusting of doses depending upon your response to the treatment. Avoid triggers that cause your symptoms, use air conditioner which reduces the airborne pollen from entering your home. Maintain optimal humidity if you live in a Damp climate and clean your Home off dust once a week by wearing a face mask and always wear it when you move out of your Home. If you are allergic to Pet dander remove them from home if possible if they have feathers or fur.
Exercise regularly for an hour daily and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy veggies. Maintain a healthy weight. Practice relaxation techniques like Yoga and Meditation.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
