General & Family Physician, Dr. Vidya KR's Response
Hi, thanks for using HCM.
Tiredness, weight changes are seen during menopausal stage, due to hormonal changes. But need to rule out other causes for it. Complete physical examination by a qualified doctor is required. several investigations like blood test for thyroid profile, complete blood count are helpful.
Hope this helps you.
