Hi,
From history it seems that you might require culture and sensitivity test of urine as there is reccurnce of infection.
Urine culture and sensitivity test will give specific bacteria causing UTI and list of sensitive and resistant antibiotic medicine against that organisms.
After report your doctor will go for long course of antibiotic which is most effective against bacteria.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
