What Is Treatment For Hidradenitis Suppurativa?

I have hidradenitis suppurativa. I just recently found out that there is actually a cure through Oral Tolerance or T Cell therapy. I really don t understand what this really means. I have read through several websites, and tried to find a place where this therapy could be offered without success. Is this something that a regular doctor could administer, or a homeopathic or holistic doctor?

we actually prescribe retinoids for this condition, with good results , basically it's infection of apocrine glands, so Pus has to be sent for culture and antibiotics should be started accordingly,
