What It Means If Puffy Nipples Found In Male?

i am a 22 yo male, i have had the very embarrasing issue of puffy nipples since i was a young teenager. ive read that typically when a male has it that young its just puberty and it will go away. Any chance that its still from going through puberty or do i have gynecomastia?

You have puffy nipple with enlarged breast. It may be gynecomastia. It is similar to female breast. It can be due to drugs or hormonal effect. Treated by medical or surgical treatment depending on cause. So just consult your general surgeon and take treatment accordingly.
