I have lost the normal curve in my neck on a degenerative basis, I have severe DDD in my cervical spine with a prominent osteophyte along with DDD throughout my cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine as well as spinal stenosis and bulging discs at various locations throughout my spine. I also have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, What jobs can I do?
Take jobs that minimize physical strain and give you flexibility amidst work regarding movement. Avoid long periods of standing or sitting. Choose a job that allows you to adjust your workspace and flexible schedule. You can go for part-time work or freelance opportunities so that you can have more control over your schedule.
