What Kind Of Exercise Should I Do For Stiff Right Neck, Shoulder And Ache In Muscle Next To Scapula ?
Female, 50 years old, borderline high uric acid. Every now and then, I get stiff neck and shoulders. Muscle next to scapula, shoulder blade aches. What kind of stretching exercises should I do to relieve the ache?
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Do you use the computer a lot. Are you adopting bad posture at work, more of bending forwards. You could be having Cervical spondylosis. You will need to get a neck Xray and Orthopaedic consult to be sure what it is. You can do mild extension exercises which is bending neck backwards to little. Avoid much forwards bending of neck. Take Paracetamol for pain and relief from discomfort.
