What Kind Of Illness Does A Child Will Be Affected Bathing In Dirty Water?

We were in a yard with a bird bath which my 15 month old drank from. There was sludge on the bottom as well as bird droppings in the water. What kind of illnesses can she contract from this? What kind of symptoms should I be looking for and what kind of timeline? (When will I know if she is in the clear?)

Your baby may suffer from diarrhea, vomiting and pain abdomen.
These symptoms may appear within 48-72 hours.
If the baby is alright after 72hours you need not worry.
