I have chronic pain in my legs, knees and hips. making hard to stand or walk. I have osteoarthritis in my hips. Could it be the same thing for my hips and knees. I ve had this for over 10 years and rarely go to the doctor and never told her. What kind of tests are needed to diagnose.
Known case of osteoarthritis with pain in hips, knees, legs needs the following investigations as asked by you. - MRI of hips and knees. - Blood tests - Calcium - Vitamin D - Parathyroid hormones - Serum magnesium - Clinical evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon - Second opinion of a physician or rheumatologist. - The treatment will be specific if the cause and effects are found
