HELLO DOCTOR, I HAVE MULTIPLE SMALL FIBROIDS.THE REPORTS ARE AS FOLLOWS.The uterus is retro-verted. It has an altered axis and it is deviated to the right. It measures 7.7 x 3.8 x 5.7 cm. The uterine myometrial echo-pattern is mildly in-homogenous. Multiple, small fibroids are seen. A27*19mm sized, intra-mural fibroid is seen in the right antero-lateral portion of the uterine body. A 19*17 mm sized, intra-mural fibroid is seen in the right antero-lateral portion of the fundocorporal region. A30*21mm sized, sub-serosal fibroid is seen in the right cornual region. A 19*12mm sized, sub-serosal fibroid is seen in the anterior wall of the lower uterine body. A8*6 mm sized, intra-mural fibroid is seen in the anterior wall of the cervico-corporal region. A8*6 mm sized, intra-mural fibroid is seen in the posterior wall of the lower uterine body. A15 x 10 mm sized, intra-mural fibroid is seen in the posterior wall of the uterine body, on the left side. A 11 x 9 mm sized, intra-mural fibroid is seen in the fundic region. The Endometrial thickness is 10-11 mm. The uterine cavity appears normal shaped and regular on 3D coronal view. No evidence bf any endometrial polyp or any extrinsic mass effect on the endometrial lining is seen. Both ovaries reveal presence of multiple follicles. The right ovary is located posteriorly.
