Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound report suggests presence of multiple fibroids in the
uterine cavity.
Fibare benign lesions arising from the
myometrium.
The multiple fibroids are present over the surface of the uterus and in the wall.
The uterus is enlarged but the endometrial cavity is within normal limits.
The fibroids are asymptomatic in majority of cases.
In symptomatic cases, they most commonly present with menstrual irregularities.
Implantation of the fertilized ovum can be affected by presence of multiple fibroids.
Multiple follicles in ovaries could be due
polycystic ovaries.
You need to consult your gynecologist for both these problems.
In case the fibroids are interfering with implantation, you can get myomectomy done.
Myomectomy is the procedure wherein the muscle layer and the fibroids are surgically removed.
Conception can take place even after myomectomy.
However, there can be other causes for
miscarriage.
The cause of the previous miscarriage should be known so that the risk factor can be avoided in future pregnancy.
Fibroids may be the risk factor, however, investigations need to be done.
Thanks and take care
