Hi,I only Poo once every 5 days, if not longer. After a couple of days I just get so bloated, but still will not poo. I am 22 years old and other then that fit and healthy. I go to the gym atleast 5 days a week and have a balanced diet. I have noticed this for years from when I can remember. Recently I have tried everything I drink water by the gallons loads a day, I take fibre tablets, eat highest fibre cereal for breakfast and raw carrots daily. I have recently tried drinking green tea twice a day and cutting out food which may block me up such as gluten. As my friends recently keep pointing out where is the food Iam eating in the days go. Is there something wrong with my digestion? Everyone I know poo daily and I just don t? Could there be something more wrong with my digestion?
