You are only twelve years, you should ignore such things that disturb you and concentrate on studies or develop other talents that God has given you, like sports, writing, gardening, drawing, painting, singing, dancing, etc. Make a time table for your self that should include your daily activities along with healthy eating, exercises and sleeping or relaxing time.
Take care of your hygiene, you should give enough time to make your self clean and tidy the room where you live, discard things that you don't need. If anything scares you or makes you uncomfortable, you should report to whoever you are frank with, if you want to consult a doctor, you should but it is always better to be accompanied with a senior person (mom, dad, uncle, auntie, etc)
Let your treating doctor decide if you are having some health or other issues. Just inform him whatever you feel like (signs and symptoms). Stay away from addictions if any, they cause
hallucinations and may be the beginning of a major health breakdown.
