Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms, it points towards MAJOR APTHOUS ULCERS which are about 10mm or larger in diameter..

They are also a type of apthous ulcers or canker sores with a larger size..

As they are not resolving even after 2 weeks then you should take a Steroid course as when nothing is helpful in resolving apthous ulcers the final choice of treatment is taking Oral and topical steroids..

You can take Medrol twice daily for 5 days..
Topical application of steroid based Oral gel has to be done..
In case of pain take an anti- inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) for relief..
Apply topical numbing gel like Oragel..
Take a course of multivitamin one tablet daily for 15 days..
Do warm saline gargles..
Gargle with 1:1 solution of water and hydrogen peroxide..
Sucking ice pops can help..
Maintain hydration by drinking plenty of water..
Avoid hot and spicy food..

If the ulcers does not start resolving consult a dentist for clinical evaluation..

Hope this information helps..

If you find the answer helpful please give me a Five Star Review and click on found the answer helpful as a token of appreciation..
