Guidelines for better recovery: - Do gargles with salted lukewarm water added epsom salt and peppermint oil - Drink more liquids comprising of boiled water, hot tea, coffee with avoidance of aerated drinks - Consume diet with lesser of spices, non veg, junk items - Prescription of antibiotics such as penicillin like amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid or others - Supportive cure with decongestant and anti inflammatory medications
