What Leads To Sores And Darkening Of The Skin On My Buttocks?
I have had bumps/sores and darkening of the skin on my buttocks for over 6 months now.. at first they said it was yeast, then dermatitis, then herpes. But herpes usually heals after a while and this has never healed. There is also no fluid in them and they sting when touched as well. I ve been on valtrex for two weeks and no help! what is wrong with me?! I need these bumps gone .. I ve tried everything

hello. u are right in saying that herpes would have healed by now. most likely it's a fungal infection. am prescribing you a course of antifungal treatment. this should improve your condition
cap itraconazole 100 mg twice daily
tab cetrizine 5mg twice daily
sertaconazole cream twice daily
pls follow up after 15 days and report whether improved or not.
