What Leads To Swelling And Soreness On Face After Undergoing Photodynamic Theraphy?

I received Photodynamic therapy for actinic kerotosis on Tuesday to my entire face. The results were a swollen, red and incredibly sore face. I have been applying Aloevera gel, Vitamin E and Paw Paw cream. After 4 days the swelling is reduced but the sting is still in my skin and my face is dark red. Around the chin/nose and cheeks on my face the skin appears to have blistered but is now reduced to hard/peeling skin as I continue to apply creams. What other treatment can I apply to reduce redness and be ready for work Monday.
