What Made Me Feel Like The Room Spin While Cleaning A Table?

hi. I was at work today whwnever I was bussing a table the room started to spin then I found myself twirling my body and head with it after I caught myself I stopped. after I stopped I was shaky and felt very naucious. is there something wrong with me?

Do you have cold or ear pain.....is there any history of similar complains in the past.....are you suffering from high bp or diabetes.......could be simple vertigo secondary to cold or ear problem .....
