What Makes My Throat Hurt While Taking Deep Breaths And Sneezing?

Well, last night while I was asleep, I felt a burning sensation on the right side of my throat. When I awoke this morning and I took a deep breath and that side ached, like a restrain. It's only on the right side and it hurts when I sneeze or take deep breaths.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, your problem can be because of acid reflux coming in to the throat while you were asleep which is a common phenomenon. That reflux leads to inflammation of the mucosal lining of the throat and the resultant symptoms will be similar to the symptoms you are describing. Please take proton pump inhibitors along with antiseptic gargles. In case the problem does not subside, see an ENT. Regards
