Hello! Welcome to HCM. This is normal in many people. This is due to hyper-peristalsis of bowel i.e. excessive contractions of smooth muscles in bowel. Usually it happens when your bowels are empty for long periods. You should have heavy breakfast for morning sessions & keep some biscuits with you..so that if you have noise, eat 2-3 biscuits and it will reduce. Ultrasound abdomen & pelvis is what I advise to such patients in my clinic for ruling out any intra-abdominal pathology. Hope this helps. Wish you healthy life. Thanks. Regards.
