What May Be Causes For The Whitening Of My Tongue?

My tongue has turned white on the top. It is not sore but I am under stress - please advise what the causes could be and should i be concerned. My blood pressure is high and not reducing even though i have taken tablets 160/104

white coat on the dorsum of tongue may be due to many reasons but candidiasis is possible if you are diabetic patient. To your second question i suggest you to consult physician or cardiologist regularly for better titration and selection of anti hypertensive drugs.
