What May Be The Cause Of Knee Pain And Swelling?

hi my knee as been hurting when i bend down or go up the stairs it quite painful now my upper leg is hurting now and my calf it like throbbing my knee is swollen and so is my ankle what could be causing i never suffer with leg problems im 37 years old.

Hi,

This could be related to the early signs of OA knee. You need to do regular exercise so the knee joint space remains maintained and there is sufficient strength in the muscles to carry out the functions of the knee. Due to wear and tear. Along with ignorance of exercise this signs of early OA arises in very much younger generation and it is common.
