What May Have Led To Painful Urination And Tingling Sensation?

help plz
i had sex about a month ago. it hurt to pee painfully. after weknit went away but turned into a tingle feeling every time i pee. now i feel likey butt n vagina are constaly kinda itching i can't sleep at night. it was mw up. but the it feels like something is leaking out of my butt and vagina but it dry when i feel for it.whats wrong w me?

You have problem of pain while urination that may be because of urinary tract infection infection.

Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis. After urine culture test start a antibiotics under doctor's suggestion .

Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Drink more water per day..
Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
Proper history and investigation helpful for diagnosis.
