What Means 2-3 Small(6-7mm) Scattered Hypoechoic Areas Seen In The Myometrium?

My USG report says "Uterus show a (25x20mm) well defined exophytic hypoechoic SOL arising from posterior wall and deforming its contour and also 2-3 small(6-7mm) scattered hypoechoic areas seen in the myometrium. Rest all (ovaries/cervix/endometrium etc) are normal. What does this mean??
