hello there is problem with my child he is 3 years old he always ran away from food what can i do i make different things for him but still he refused to eat and one other thing he shout too much plz suggest some healhy diet for him thank u.

thats the problem faced by many ...u can try different dishes including carbohydrates & proteins ....the gram flour breads & paranthas , cheilas which r easily digestible ...custards ..drinks ...u know new innovations r always needed ...try to fulfil his calories
