Hello doctor.... my brother is taking spasmo proxivon from past 3 yrs.... n his dosage is abt 20-30 a day.. he is very thin n his diet is very poor... all family members r in a huge tenson coz of him... doctor pls help..pls give some measures plsssss

As you describe, he is in a stage of drug abuse. He needs deadiction,by a psychiatrist.
I advise you to admit him in a deaddiction center. He should use some less powerful drugs, and slowly withdraw the spasmoproxyvon.
Otherwise, besides nervous system the gastrointestinal system also may be almost paralysed of the movements.
