i m 34 yr, 45 kg, single, 32-30-33, hemoglobin which is 10.4 gm/dl T3 2.89, T4 10.63, TSH 1.22 , rbs 80 how can i reduce my abdominal muscles from 30 to less or 26 as this will further give shape to me as i had small bust.my shape seems bit irregular
