I too was addicted with Chaini Khani once and I had this Poison for around 1.5 years, the only way that I could suggest and which worked for me is to be first aware of its harmful effects, it certainly creates some some sorts of hurry in us which deteriorates us from thinking clearly.
Do Lots of Exercise when you have taken a decision to leave it .
Do
Meditation and Paranayam for sure without and Excuse, believe me that give such a mental Strength.
Chaini Khaini Cravings are very hard to Handle, as this is something which is different from Cigarette, a person feels cig craving at his regular times, but for chaini khani it will be every time, as we keeps on running it all the times in our Gums.
So to keep this you can have some cig when the craving is at highest point, for that also restrict it too 3 / 4 per day...
Later after a 1 week, you will be feeling better.. and than you can start reducing smoke to 3 - 2 -1 ...
And Man can't you stop
smoking 1 cig also...
I got freedom from this deadliest disease called as Chaini Khani in 3 months following the above described way.
Now I smoke occasionally with Friends while drinking only, otherwise no CK and No CIg.
