What Medical Condition Causes Lower Back Pain, Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

For the past week I have dull lower back pains and abdomen pains. I am on 40 mg of Omeprazole nd have been for a couple of years, works great. No urination issues or stool issues. Today I tried to take a dog walk and had to walk slow to prevent feeling nauseous from the up/down bounce. Pain is only a 2-3..wait it out some more?

Hello,

Many causes for lower back pain or lower abdomen pain like colitis or cystitis or irritable bowel syndrome or lumbar spondylosis or radiculopathy etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen, x-ray LS spine or MRI spine.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Continue PPIs if symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
