What Medication Can Be Taken Instead Of Rispiradone And Seroquel For Bi- Polar?

Yes. I have been diagnosed Bi-polar and have been on 1mg Rispiradone, 135mg Seroquel at bedtime/0.5mg Rispiradone in morning. Has been working awesome. Have gained at least 30lbs. Any suggestions of any other medications that I could try? Thanks

I am so sorry to hear about this weight gain that is prompting a change of medication. Please, weight gain while on these medications is caused by increased appetite. I will advice that you limit how much food you eat and continue reaping the great benefits you have witnessed while on this medication. Also, regular exercises would be helpful.
