Hello,

Having Staph.spp infection is to be clarified because, the problematic species is Staphilococcus aureus. Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and local (vaginal) antibiotic ovules. If you have only one sexual partner, should abstain from any sexual activity until the fully treatment terminates. Plus, your partner should get treated alongside with you. If you have multiple sexual partners, abstain from any sexual activity and always use protection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
