Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have aplastic anemia. Treatment of aplastic anemia is very difficult. Symptomatic treatment should be given till permanent treatment is available. You can give red cell concentrate and platelets concentrate as and when required. Permanent treatment is bone marrow transplantation. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
